unclean spaabrupt receptionist
the reception lady wanted to charge full price despite a deposit paid. she was abrupt when questioned. the spa wasn't very clean. The laundry basket overflowed, and used cotton buds were on the floor. handprints covered the glass doors to the relaxation room, salt cave, and sauna. the therapist was nice, yet the experience felt rushed.

the staff greeted me with kindness it created a soothing atmosphere. i found the sirloin steak cooked perfectly during dinner. a nice view enriched my experience from the room. the hotel location allows quiet relaxation.
the room showed slight wear a little paint refresh would elevate the space.

the breakfast was lovely (i especially liked the fresh fruit).
I found the service in the restaurant slow. It took ages to get someone's attention. after waiting for about 30 minutes, our dessert never arrived at all.

The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very pleasant and cute. I found bottled water and little cakes in the room. They were a really nice touch.
Our room was lovely, but there was a leak. We had to move rooms. The smoking on the balcony stopped us from sitting outside.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, they gifted us lovely anniversary treats in our fabulous room. we enjoyed complimentary late check-out. the room was super clean. I really admired the fantastic standard. the bed offered amazing comfort.
The lighting above the bathroom mirror was not great. This was a very slight issue.

This hotel is situated near kincora harbour. The views are beautiful!!! the location allows simple walking access to the village area. A huge advantage for exploring the region on foot.
